GE Capital Aviation Services (GECAS) announced a firm order for 60 Airbus A320neo family aircraft. All of the aircraft will be powered by CFM’s LEAP-1A engine.  CFM valued the engine order at $1.77 billion at current list prices. The agreement was jointly announced Monday at the Paris Air Show by GECAS president and CEO Norman C.T. Liu and Airbus COO-customers John Leahy. This new order brings the total number of A320neo aircraft ordered by GECAS to 120.
