Dublin-based ASL Aviation Group has acquired two cargo airlines owned by the Dutch TNT Express, which is also being acquired by US-based FedEx. ASL announced plans to acquire Belgian carrier TNT Airways and Spanish operator Pan Air Líneas Aéreas in February and this deal has now completed. The financial terms of the sale were not disclosed.
