Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has blocked Norilsk-based Taimyr Airlines from acquiring a 47.8% share in Arkhangelsk-based Nordavia Airline. Taimyr, operating under the NordStar brand, is controlled by Norilsk Nickel, one of the main producers of nickel and palladium.
