Air Bosna , a state-owned carrier from the Balkan region, plans to resume flights next month after clinching a financing deal with Hypo Alpe Adria Bank in Austria. According to several media outlets in Austria, Air Bosna, which went bankrupt with a debt of around $13 million nearly two years ago...
