AirAsia X’s Thai affiliate is launching a route to Brisbane this year, giving the AirAsia X and AirAsia groups five destinations in Australia. Thai AirAsia X intends to begin flying from its hub at Bangkok Don Mueang International Airport to Brisbane on June 25. The service will be 4X-weekly, using Airbus A330s.
