UTair (UT) has grounded all its ATR 72-200s following the crash of a UTair aircraft Monday morning shortly after taking off from Tyumen in Siberia on its way to Surgut, killing 31 (ATW Daily News, April 2). The aircraft was carrying 39 passengers and four crew members.
