Jordanian charter operator Petra Airlines will switch to primarily scheduled services and become the Middle East nation’s first low-cost carrier (LCC). Petra has been granted the appropriate change of documentation by Jordan’s aviation regulator and plans to begin scheduled services in March. Initial destinations will include Istanbul and Jeddah.
