As part of its on-going Transform 2015 efforts to increase economic efficiency by 20%, Air France (AF) has finalized framework agreements with unions representing ground staff, pilots and cabin crew. The proposed agreement for ground staff has been signed by the CFE-CGC, CFDT and FO unions, representing 46.5% of ground staff.  The minimum level required for validation is 30%.
