TAP Portugal sells White Airways subsidiary

TAP Portugal reached agreement with OMNI Aviation of Portugal for the sale of TAP's small leisure carrier White Airways for an estimated €5 million ($6.4 million). White operates one A310-300 and one L-1011-500.
