JetBlue Airways sold 7.5 million shares of stock yesterday priced at $18 per share, raising gross proceeds of $135 million. Net proceeds will be used to fund working capital and capital expenditures, including aircraft purchases. The offering was made under a Nov. 4, 2004, shelf registration statement.
