Hawaiian Airlines’ workers, represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM), ratified recent tentative agreements. The accords cover approximately 2,200 mechanic and related, clerical, office, stores, fleet service and passenger service employees. The five-year accords provide pay increases and enhanced job security while holding the line on health care costs. The new contracts also secured profit sharing and other incentive programs.
