Our Returns and Refund Policy

You may return most items sold by within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item we will exchange the item.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Any book that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

How to Return Merchandise

When returning merchandise - please follow these easy steps:

  1. Complete the top portion of your packing slip;
  2. Enclose the return packing slip and any other related correspondence with the item you are returning;
  3. Repack item(s) with the original packing materials whenever possible;
  4. Please send your return, securely wrapped, prepaid and insured via United States Postal Service or UPS to:
