If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging for a full refund of product cost and applicable tax. Any defective merchandise will be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

NOTE: Recorded media (software, data, audio, video, etc.) is non-returnable once the product package is opened. Any defective media will be replaced.

INSTRUCTIONS: Call Client Services at 800-262-1954 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Enter the number below and fill in the rest of the information. To ensure proper credit, be sure to enclose this form with the merchandise you are returning.
