欧洲机构就空管通讯方案达成一致
日前，欧洲单一天空空管研究计划联合执行体（SESARJU）与欧洲航天局（ESA）于巴黎签署了一份合作备忘录（MOC），以推动欧洲大陆航空运输体系卫星通信系统的发展。 SESAR JU是一个公私合作机构，旨在支持SESAR欧洲空中交通管理的现代化和协调目标。SESAR JU及其关联公司与合伙人共有19名成员，代表欧洲和更大区域内的100多家公司。 根据该备忘录，SESAR JU与欧洲航天局将确定各自技术方案中的协同效应和关键里程碑。此次合作将集中于开发与航空电子设备、SESAR集成通信、导航和观测策略，以及欧洲空管（ATM）总体规划相关的解决方案。空管总体规划是空中交通管理现代化的路线图。...
