New German airline Azur Air has begun operations and launched its first flight from Düsseldorf to Palma de Mallorca, Spain, July 3. The Düsseldorf-based carrier operates leisure flights with a leased 330-seat Boeing 767-300ER. According to its website, Azur Air is owned by Amsterdam-based Holding NW International BV.
