Aeroflot’s new low-cost carrier (LCC), Pobeda, operated its first flight Dec. 1 from Moscow Vnukovo to Volgograd. In December, Pobeda plans to start flights from Vnukovo to Yekaterinburg, Samara, Perm, Belgorod, Tyumen and Surgut.
