Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways and Latvia-based airBaltic have signed a codeshare agreement and will launch 4X-weekly Riga-Abu Dhabi services from Dec. 16, using an Etihad Airbus A319. Etihad will place its code on 19 airBaltic destinations and airBaltic will place its code on six Etihad destinations in Asia, Middle East and Egypt. The new agreement is Etihad’s 47th codeshare agreement.
