Shanghai-based China Eastern Airlines has ordered 20 Airbus A350-900s and 15 Boeing 787-9s to further strengthen its expanding long-haul fleet. According to the carrier, the A350 order is valued at $5.96 billion and the 787-9 deal is worth $3.9 billion at list prices.
