The Airbus A350 XWB has completed cold weather trials at Iqaluit, Canada. Development aircraft MSN3 operated in temperatures reaching down to -28°C/-18F. The scope of the trials included: APU and engine starts after cold soak; verifying system behavior; low-speed taxi and rejected take-offs. The aircraft also performed a local flight as planned.
