Russia’s Aeroflot will transfer 13 Boeing 737-800s to its low-cost subsidiary (LCC) Pobeda Airline on a long-term sublease. The transfer was approved by Aeroflot shareholders at its annual general meeting. Aeroflot signed a contract for 50 800s to be leased from Russian State Corp. Rostec (Rostechnology) in 2012.
