BOC Aviation has confirmed its planned order for 10 Boeing 737 MAX 10 aircraft. This follows the signing of an MOU for the aircraft at June’s Paris Air Show. The order is worth around $1.25 billion at list prices.

The Singapore-based lessor joined 15 other airlines in placing orders for the largest member of the MAX series, which was formally launched at the show.

“As a launch customer for the program, this demonstrates the strength of our relationship with Boeing and will help us continue to deliver superior solutions for our airline customers,” BOC Aviation MD and CEO Robert Martin said.

Following this agreement, BOC Aviation’s cumulative outstanding orders, purchases and deliveries to date for Boeing aircraft total 348 aircraft, including 84 Boeing 737 MAX family aircraft.
