Embraer delivered 35 regional jets to airline customers in the third quarter ended Sept. 30, down from 38 in the year-ago period. The decline was wholly attributable to slowing production of smaller RJs. In the 2005 period, the Brazilian manufacturer delivered just nine ERJ-145s, down from 25 last year.
