Nigeria's Arik Air increased its commitment to Boeing airplanes, placing an order for 10 737-800s, four 787-9s and one 777-300ER worth a combined $1.8 billion at list prices. The carrier placed an order for seven long-haul aircraft in the spring (ATWOnline, April 30), when it took delivery of two 737-700s, Boeing said.
