A Yamal Airlines Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ100) hit a lamppost while taxiing after landing at Moscow Domodedovo International Airport Feb. 6, at 8:30 p.m. local time. No injuries were reported among 58 passengers and five crew aboard the flight, which originated from Tyumen.

The landing was performed under normal conditions, but later the crew lost control while taxing because the taxiway was iced over, the airline said. One of the aircraft’s winglets and leading-edge slat were damaged.

The Investigative Committee local transport department has started an investigation.

Last October, a Yakutia Airline SSJ100 skidded off the runway at Yakutsk airport because the runway was iced over.
