Russian authorities have temporarily restricted Saratov Airlines’ air operator’s certificate (AOC) through April 27 and have grounded its Antonov An-148 fleet, following an unscheduled inspection, Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency, Rosaviatsia, said in a statement.
