SkyTeam alliance chairman Leo van Wijk will retire at November’s governing board meeting. Van Wijk, who has been chairman since June 2007, will be succeeded by current SkyTeam CEO Michael Wisbrun. Delta Air Lines SVP-Europe, Middle East and Africa Perry Cantarutti has been named as CEO-SkyTeam Airline Alliance Management, succeeding Wisbrun.  He will join SkyTeam on Sept. 1 for a two-month transition period.
