JetBlue Airways has announced that COO Rob Maruster has stepped down. President Robin Hayes will oversee operational leadership of the airline. Maruster joined JetBlue in 2005 as VP-operational planning. In 2006, he was promoted to SVP, overseeing airports, and in 2007 his role was expanded again to lead customer services.
