Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) military jets intercepted an Ethiopian Airlines Boeing 777F over Sumatra, Indonesia, forcing it to land at Batam’s Hang Nadim International Airport on Jan. 15. Batam is part of the country’s Riau Islands, south of Singapore.
