Chinese conglomerate HNA Group has continued to buy up Western aviation assets, with its aviation division acquiring a majority stake in MRO provider SR Technics. HNA Aviation has bought an 80% stake in the Zurich-based maintenance organization from its previous sole shareholder, Abu Dhabi’s state investment and development vehicle Mubadala.
