Russia’s Rostec has finalized a decision to merge with United Aircraft Corp. (UAC), Interfax news agency reported, quoting Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov. Merger documentation is being prepared, said Manturov, who is also a member of UAC board of directors.
