Russia’s state-owned Tuva Airlines signed a letter of intent for 10 Sukhoi SSJ100s with State Transport Leasing Co. The Tuva government said in a statement the aircraft has already performed test flights between Tuva capital Kyzyl and Moscow. The aircraft will be delivered to the carrier through 2018.
