The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) has placed a firm order for 30 Commercial Aircraft Corp. of China (COMAC) ARJ21-700 regional aircraft. COMAC has received 308 orders for the ARJ21-700, mainly from domestic airlines, financial leasing companies and clients in developing countries. COMAC chairman Jin Zhuanglong previously said the first ARJ21 delivery will be to Chengdu Airlines in 2018 or 2019 at the earliest.
