Alaska Airlines office workers ratify five-year labor contract

Alaska Airlines’ clerical, office and passenger service employees have ratified a new five-year contract. The 2,500 workers are represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. The contract includes pay raises and job security provisions, among other improvements.
