In an article in the Dec. 11 issue of the ATW Daily News regarding a European Commission investigation into state-aid allegations against Ryanair, we said the case stems from Frankfurt operator FFH’s business practices between 2002 and 2005, which the European Union found constituted state aid. Ryanair has informed us that there has never been such a finding and the statement is incorrect. We apologize for the error.
