LOT Polish Airlines, in the aftermath of a restructuring, has been banned by European Union regulators from growing capacity or adding routes until early 2016.  CEO Sebastian Mikosz told ATW recently in Warsaw the restrictions are "extremely painful." For 2015, the company has planned a budget without increasing ASKs, but which will set up growth in 2016.
