If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply call for a Return Merchandise Authorization number within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging for a full refund of product cost and applicable tax. Any defective merchandise will be exchanged within 30 days of receipt.

NOTE: Recorded media (software, data, audio, video, etc.) is non-returnable once the product package is opened. Any defective media will be replaced.
