Turkish Airlines will launch services to Algeria July 31 on the 2X-weekly Istanbul-Tlemcen-Batna-Istanbul route.  It will also begin 2X-weekly Istanbul-Luanda, Angola services Aug. 13, 3X-weekly Istanbul-Asmara, Eritrea service from Aug. 19 and 3X-weekly Istanbul-Bamako (Mali)-Conakry (Guinea) service from Dec. 12.
