Southwest Airlines has announced it will double flights from Washington National Airport (DCA), including seven nonstop routes. The routes are part of the divestiture of DCA slot pairs agreed to by American Airlines and US Airways as part of a settlement agreement with the Department of Justice over its antitrust lawsuit against the carriers’ merger.
