Russia’s Saratov Airlines plans to resume Saint Petersburg service after seven years, according to a statement by Saint Petersburg Pulkovo International Airport. The Saratov-based carrier will launch Saint Petersburg-Saratov and Volgograd 3X-weekly Embraer E-190 service Sept. 14.
