Aeroflot low-cost subsidiary (LCC) Pobeda Airlines plans to double its network at Saint Petersburg’s Pulkovo International Airport for the 2016/2017 winter schedule. The Moscow Vnukovo-based LCC has announced it will begin 2X-weekly Volgograd and Vladikavkaz Boeing 737-800 service from Nov. 1, and weekly Saint Petersburg-Nalchik service from Nov. 3.
