Air China and Air Canada have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to expand their existing partnership and form a revenue-sharing joint venture to stimulate traffic growth between the two countries.  The joint venture, which must gain competition and other regulatory approvals, is expected to become effective at the end of 2015.
