Ground handler Swissport has agreed to buy Air France out of a cargo-handling joint venture at London Heathrow Airport. The Zurich-based company announced Feb. 11 that it had agreed to acquire Air France’s 50% stake to become the sole owner of Heathrow Cargo Handling.
