Privately owned Polish carrier Enter Air has agreed to acquire 49% of Germania Flug, the former Swiss charter unit of Berlin-based leisure carrier Germania. Swiss carrier Germania Flug was established five years ago in partnership with Germania, which held a 40% stake in the airline.
