Paris Orly-based long-haul, low-cost startup French Blue launched its first flight from Paris Orly to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, on Sept. 10. The Caribbean Journal reported the 3X-weekly service should transport around 230,000 passengers each year between Paris and Punta Cana.
