The deal to take over UK regional airline Flybe by a Virgin Atlantic-led consortium has completed, the Exeter-based airline said Feb. 22. Flybe’s two operating subsidiaries, their assets and operations are now owned by Connect Airways, a group consisting of Virgin Atlantic, Stobart Group and Cyrus Capital.
