Russia’s UTair has completed the transfer of 15 ATR 72-500s to subsidiary UTair Express. UTair Express operates regional flights from Moscow to Voronezh, Tambov and Ulyanovsk. It also operates flights from Surgut to Tyumen and Ekaterinburg. UTair-Express launched its first international flight from Moscow to Vilnius April 1.
