Ryanair may stop adding capacity to Sweden because of a proposed SEK100 ($12.68) tax on tickets designed to encourage more environmentally friendly energy policies. Ryanair head Michael O'Leary said, "Sweden will begin immediately to lose out," Reuters reported.
