Russia’s Skolkovo Foundation, Industrial Investors and Boeing will launch a new aviation training center in Russia in 2015. Transas, an Industrial Investors subsidiary, will provide flight simulators. The training center development is expected to exceed RUB1.5 billion ($45.8 million) in the initial stage.
