Russia’s Federal Air Transport Agency, Rosaviatsia—which is investigating a July 31 incident in which three out of four GEnx engines of an AirBridgeCargo Boeing 747-8F lost power enroute from Russia to Hong Kong—has called the incident a dangerous situation and said it will team up with manufacturers Boeing and General Electric to determine the cause.
