Thailand’s Ministry of Transport has approved the air operator’s license (AOL) issued last week by the Civil Department of Civil Aviation of Thailand for Thai AirAsia X (TAAX). The new airline is a joint venture (JV) long-haul start-up between low-cost, long-haul carrier AirAsia X and Thai shareholders.
