The Turkish Competition Authority has again placed Turkish Airlines under investigation after an Ankara Administrative Court moved to reassess a 2010 complaint lodged by Pegasus Airlines claiming Turkish had abused its dominant position in the market “by engaging in exclusionary practices with its outbound Istanbul Atatürk domestic and international flights.” The claim was dismissed in late 2011.
